Two companies, one system. The website brings the request in, the CRM carries it from quote to work order to invoice, and the crew sees their day on the phone.

Mike's Place

Custom gelato cakes used to be a paper form and a phone call. Now customers build their cake on the counter tablet or online, and the kitchen sees it the second it's ordered.

What I built

  • Cake builder on the counter tablet: size, base, three flavours, pick-up day
  • Keeps taking orders when the café Wi-Fi drops
  • Live kitchen board, every cake numbered and timed
  • CRM for orders, stock and the staff schedule
